The Safety Evaluation Forum was established in 1986, originating from a workshop of the Japanese Society of Toxicological Sciences (now the Japanese Society of Toxicology). Over the past 30 years, it has developed into a platform where toxicology researchers, regardless of generation or position, can discuss and exchange opinions, accumulating numerous case studies based on their experience in toxicity evaluation. Even today, it proactively provides opportunities to share a variety of experiences and perspectives that cannot be obtained solely within one's own company or laboratory.
