Cancellations / Changes We are unable to accept requests for refunds due to cancellations or for any fee differences resulting from changes after the completion of online payment or bank transfer.
Service Start / Product Delivery Regardless of the time of application, a full-year fee is required based on our fiscal year (August 1 to July 31 of the following year).
Membership benefits are available for one year after payment, in principle until the end of the fiscal year.
